0–2 Minutes: Sign Up & Choose a Workflow Template
Start here: Sign Up for Free
Once you're in, Kaiko will greet you with a visual dashboard and a short onboarding flow.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Select your role or use case (Ops, Marketing, Product, etc.)
Choose a starter template, such as:
Weekly team update to Slack
Auto reminders for overdue tasks
Daily summary of sales leads
Report from spreadsheet to email
🎯 Tip: If you’re not sure, choose “Operations – Weekly Team Report” to see Kaiko in action fast.
2–5 Minutes: Connect Your Tools
Kaiko is built to integrate with the tools you already use — without writing a single line of code.
Common integrations include:
✅ Notion
✅ Slack
✅ Trello / Asana
✅ Google Sheets
✅ Airtable
✅ Gmail / Outlook
✅ Webflow, Typeform, and more
Here’s how to do it:
Click “Connect” on each tool
Authorize Kaiko with your account
Select the workspace or board you want to pull data from
🎯 Tip: Start with just 2 tools (like Google Sheets → Slack) to stay focused.
5–10 Minutes: Customize Your First Flow
This is where the magic happens.
Kaiko’s visual builder lets you create automation flows like:
“When this happens in Tool A → do this in Tool B.”
Example Flow:
Trigger: “Every Friday at 9 AM”
Action: “Fetch data from Google Sheet: Weekly KPIs”
Action: “Format as a summary”
Action: “Send to Slack channel: #weekly-updates”
You can:
Add conditional logic (“Only if value > X”)
Use AI to auto-summarize or rephrase content
Personalize messages with variables like names, dates, or task details
🎯 Tip: Use pre-built templates as a starting point and tweak small things to fit your workflow.
10–12 Minutes: Test Your Automation
Kaiko allows you to preview the results before turning it live.
Run a test and check:
Are the right fields pulling from your tools?
Is the message clean and accurate?
Does it send to the correct person/channel?
Make adjustments with the visual editor. No breaking changes. No code.
